Astellas Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Peshawar, Pakistan spread across 52,000 sqf. with a covered area of about 40,000 sqf; began production in 2006, and is at present fully operational. This manufacturing facility complies with the most up-to-date international pharmaceutical industry standards and is equipped with world-class HVAC installations. There are segregated areas for the production of quality medicines from a diverse range of therapeutic segments, including a dedicated area for cephalosporins.
